Pork Carnitas

In the Pork Carnitas cooking class, you’ll learn the secrets behind crafting tender carnitas that’ll melt in your mouth. We’ll also dive into crafting handmade flour tortillas, whipping up zesty salsa verde that packs a punch, and creating a creamy jalapeno avocado crema that elevates every bite to new heights of deliciousness.
Our hands-on classes offer practical techniques for making your own delicious creations and help you build your culinary abilities – and our Chef is there to help you every step of the way. Plus, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, share laughs, and connect with fellow food enthusiasts.
Each ticket includes access to our state-of-the-art culinary studio, pre-purchased ingredients ready to use for the class, and hands-on professional chef instruction.
Feel free to bring your favorite drink or adult beverage to the class if you’d like!
