Vision: How to Lead a Team that Gets Things Done

This training is for the purpose-driven leader who is ready to leave their mark on the world. It is designed to give you the skills, resources, and time you need to bring your team and organization to the next level. By the end of these working sessions, you will have a clear vision of your desired future state, a one-page document that outlines your strategic plan, overarching goal, and operating standards, awareness of what behaviors are necessary to reach your vision, strategies to rally your team around your vision, as well as new routines that create a culture of accountability.
Throughout our sessions together, you will be working to develop turn your vision into a statement that helps others see it too, set the strategies and goals you will need to realize that vision, identify the behaviors you need on the team to implement your strategy, and create the routines you need to hold yourself and your team accountable in getting there!
By the end of these four working sessions, you will:
- Learn about the importance of creating a shared vision for your team and craft your own intentional vision statement.
- Set a goal for your team with strategies and standards that will help you lead your team into a new future.
- Understand the important role culture plays in engaging and retaining the right people on your team and achieving your goals as well as the role you play in shaping it.
- Have strategies and routines you can implement to rally the team around the culture, vision, and goals, keeping them at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
