Let’s take a break from the cooler weather and warm up with some classic Indian cuisine. We will guide you through a traditional Indian meal while focusing on some of the classic techniques like blooming the spices in your own customized hand blended curry, and searing fresh made flatbreads.
Menu: Classic Chicken Curry, Saffron Rice Pilaf, Red Lentils in Coconut Milk, Fresh Flatbread and Chutney.
Dessert: Mango Lassi with Almonds and Dates.
