Maybe it’s the cold weather, time of year or lack of sunlight, but a common theme we’ve been hearing from clients is the feeling of “burn out” and the struggle to move forward.
Join us for your lunch hour to learn some amazing tips to engage your brain, spark your productivity, and get (and keep getting!) things done. Julie Otte gives you ways to self-reflect, notice your thinking patterns, and then implement the tools to work through your brain fog. You won’t want to miss this fun and delicious workshop on how to get you moving forward!
What’s on the menu? Chef Justin will be serving a fresh and delicious meal of Grilled Chicken, paired with a salad of Mixed Greens, Pomegranate, Almonds, Grapefruit, Goat Cheese Feta, and a house made Lemon-Basil Dressing. YUM!
