French Cuisine Cooking Class

Where: 10 E Bridge Street, Rockford MI (Thought Design)
Why: Because Cooking Classes at Thought Design are FUN!
For this French themed cooking class we will be crafting a savory dish of Pork Tenderloin Medallions with a sweet Cider Sauce. Our very talented Chef Justin Piper will guide you through every step as you learn the skills necessary to master the course!
You will also enjoy Braised Leeks, Aligot, and a delicious Creme Brule for Dessert. All perfectly paired with the main course! Yum!
By the time your evening is over your stomach will be happy and you’ll be fully equipped with new kitchen skills to match your new favorite recipe.
