Teach Us Something New! – $55 per person
Join our in-house chef in the kitchen while they walk you through step-by-step instructions to create your family-style meal. All ingredients for your menu are included, as well as full access to our kitchen space, and complimentary flavored water, coffee and tea.
We Got This! – $45 per person
Ready to take on the challenge yourself? You got it! All ingredients for your meal will be prepped and waiting for you, along with the required kitchen equipment and printed instructions. A Thought Design team member will meet you at the start of your event and will come back at the end to close up behind you – the rest is all you!
Your group must have a minimum of 8 people or a total cost of $360 or more.

An update on the classic Spanish dish, we will walk you through the steps to create a perfect pan of paella at home from the crispy soccorat to succulent garlic shrimp, and everything in between. As the rice cooks your team will also create beautiful bowls of fresh gazpacho and an array of delicious tapas served on fresh-baked pan rustico.
Chinese Noodle Making
Master the art of hand-cut Chinese noodles and then create amazing stir-fries as you learn the secret hacks of Chinese cooking. Paired with bowls of hand-made wontons using key ingredients of the Chinese pantry you will be tossing all your take-out menus in the trash after this one.
After an introduction to toasting whole spices and a how-to for creating amazing spice blends at home, craft the perfect seasoning for a delicious pan-roasted chicken shawarma sandwich on freshly grilled flatbread. Enjoy an awesome hummus recipe with olives and farmers cheese, along with some amazing middle eastern-inspired salads and condiments that will have your group’s mouths watering.
Handmade fresh egg pasta and gnocchi are just the start of this dive into luscious pasta dishes from the Italian peninsula. A lesson in focaccia making ends with the creation of an amazing grilled bread salad, rounded out by a soothing bowl of minestrone and platters of our fluffy herb focaccia and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
From fresh-pressed corn tortillas to tacos pastor and everything in between, this class will teach you everything you need to know to throw your own amazing taco party. Your group will learn to make tortillas from scratch, with all the delicious sides you love like fresh pineapple, kale and avocado salad, and black bean and corn pilaf.
