- Course 1: Fried Oyster with tomato jalapeno jam, served on toasted brioche round with micro greens
- Course 2: Crawfish Etouffee – a blend of tomato, peppers, cajun spices, and crawfish served over fragrant jasmine rice
- Course 3: Pineapple Kale and Avocado Salad – baby kale, fresh pineapple, sliced avocado, jicama, red onion, and goat cheese served with a sticky cervesa dressing
- Course 4: Tequila Lime Glazed Swordfish served with jalapeno garlic risotto and mango salsa
- Course 5: Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake topped with candied lemon and raspberry coulis
