It’s Time To Take A Day To Focus On YOU!
You know your wellness is important, but do you take the time to invest in it? We’ve designed an entire day focused on you; your head, your heart, and your body. Our retreat features a line-up of local experts that will share with you brain fitness, yoga, mindfulness and healthy cooking skills in our beautiful river-front space. This day will give you the gift of rest and relaxation as well as new skills and tools to take home and use to keep you well.
Your wellness retreat experience begins at 9:30am with yoga so that we can create a foundation for our day. This practice is for all levels – even if you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat. From there, the rest of the day is designed to flow with ease. We will inspire you to dig deep within yourself, help you to reduce the stress hormones that fire all week-long, give you tools to strengthen your new or existing meditation practice and help nourish your body and soul with a fun and relaxing culinary experience. You will walk away with new knowledge and skills to keep your body and brain healthy for many years to come!
