At this Lunch & Learn, we’ll be focusing on the thinking category “Focus,” where you’ll learn how your brain uses energy, and how to use one of the tools we’ve developed that can show you how to manage your precious cognitive resources.
What’s on the menu? Chef Justin will be serving a fresh and delicious meal of Grilled Chicken, paired with a salad of Mixed Greens, Pomegranate, Almonds, Grapefruit, Goat Cheese Feta, and a house made Lemon-Basil Dressing. YUM!
